Claims Officer
Claims officer oversee the processing of insurance claims to ensure the procedure is handled efficiently, accurately, and in a manner that protects the interests of the insured parties while also providing satisfactory customer service. They often serve as a liaison between clients, adjusters, service providers, and other parties who may be involved in a claim or an incident related to it.
Job Description
- Responsible for preparing executive reporting and analysis that is consistent with defined standards and processes.
- Provide technical guidance to staff on claim investigation, reserving evaluation and resolution of claims.
- Partner with analytical team to produce necessary results and trending reports for leadership.
- Evaluate, handle and adjust assigned property or other claims from members and other claimants.
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of claims production.
- Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process.
Manage complex general liability and automobile claims, both litigated and non-litigated.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in business, business administration, computer science, engineering or management.
- Sound negotiation and problem solving capabilities.
- Proven record of attention to detail, time management, and leadership abilities.
- Fluent in insurance process, including negotiation, reserving, and liabilities.
- Is a critical thinker and able to deploy writing protocols for correspondence.3.)

Marketing Staff
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility will be supporting our agents by taking phone calls, checking emails, and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department. You’ll also help us process paperwork and schedule appointments, so our clients get the best service we can provide. Job seekers should be organized professionals who bring positive, problem-solving energy to the office. Ready to assist the team and start making an impact on people’s lives:
- Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from agents and facilitate inquiries and proposals to ensure quality service.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly.
- Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available.
- Keep track of office expenses and perform basic bookkeeping duties to ensure we stay within the budget.
- Purchase office supplies as needed and schedule maintenance for office equipment repairs, if needed.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in the insurance industry is required
- At least two years of experience in administrative support and customer service is required
- Old curriculum high school graduates with experience are welcome to apply
- Senior high school graduates with experience are welcome to apply
- At least college level, with a BSBA degree
- Proven track record of strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in email correspondence and Microsoft office applications.
- Strong comprehension skills

- Able to function well with minimal supervision
- Highly conscientious (by the books) individuals are highly preferred
Accounting Staff
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of related experience in accounting
- Open for fresh graduates
- Can start ASAP
